Ger Carmody Auctioneers, Estate Agents & Valuers opened in October 2005 and is located in the former Gate Keepers Lodge on Edward Street, Tralee.

A native of Churchill, Ger received his secondary education at St. Mary’s, Moyderwell before graduating from Tralee RTC with a Diploma in Construction Studies. He then enhanced his qualification after a spell at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown which brought an honors degree in estate Management.

Ger initially worked with DNG Giles, earning admission to the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute in 1998.

Ger Carmody will provide the full range of services appropriate to the estate agency business including residential and commercial sales and valuation. Ger is one of the highest-qualified practitioners in the county.

Valuations:

Ger Carmody is a chartered surveyor and a fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland andThe Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. These chartered qualifications together with vast experience gathered over the years give you the customer the knowledge that your valuation will be carried out in a professional manner and can be relied on for whatever purpose it is required be it
